Daniel Scott Mayville Sr.

Daniel Scott Mayville, Sr. age 59 of Kalkaska, formally of Lincoln Park, Michigan passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. Daniel was born on February 8, 1963, in Dearborn, Michigan to Donald Mayville, Sr. and Mildred (Lipke) Mayville. He attended Melvindale High School, Class of 1981. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle, gardening, concerts, and spending time with his loved ones and friends. Daniel is survived by three children, son Daniel (Joni) Mayville, Jr. of Rutledge, Tennessee, daughter Tiffany Mayville, of Allen Park, Michigan, and son Dylan Mayville, of Allen Park, Michigan; two grandchildren Nila Mayville, and Lennon Mayville: a brother Michael Mayville, of North Carolina; his dog, Rhea; and many other family and friends. He was preceded in passing by his mother, Mildred Jean Mayville, of Lincoln Park, Michigan. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Wolfe-O’Neill Funeral Home, at 2:00 p.m., with a visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m. Interment will immediately follow in Excelsior Township Cemetery.
